<p><i>Skippy dør </i>er irske Paul Murrays (f 1975) andre roman. Den fikk strålende mottakelse da den kom ut i 2010, ble nominert til The Man Booker Award og The Bollinger Everyman Woodehouse Award For Comic Fiction. Paul Murrays første roman, <i>An Evening of Long Goodbyes</i>, fikk også suverene anmeldelser, og ble nominert til The Whitbread First Novel Award. </p><p>Paul Murray bor i Dublin.</p>
